Insurance & Payment Information

At Moore Peace Counseling & Wellness PLLC, we are committed to making quality mental health care both accessible and personalized. We currently accept Aetna and Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), in addition to offering self-pay services.

Accepting both insurance and self-pay options allows us to meet the diverse needs of our clients while providing compassionate, client-centered care in a supportive environment. We are continuously exploring opportunities to expand access to care and may add additional insurance plans in the future (Cigna and UnitedHealthcare). Any updates regarding insurance participation will be shared on our website as they become available.

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment platform.

If you plan to use insurance, we encourage you to verify your mental health benefits, deductible, copayment, and coverage details prior to your first appointment.

If you have questions about insurance coverage, self-pay rates, or payment options, please contact our office. We are happy to assist you.

Sliding Fee Application

At Moore Peace Counseling, we believe that access to care matters. We offer a limited number of reduced-fee appointments for clients experiencing financial hardship.

Sliding scale spots are reserved for individuals who may not be able to afford the full session fee. Rates are determined collaboratively and are based on financial need.

Please note:

Sliding scale appointments are limited and subject to availability
Reduced rates are reviewed periodically and may be adjusted as circumstances change
Clients utilizing insurance benefits are billed according to their plan, and reduced fees cannot be applied to insurance copays or deductibles
